The fourth annual Matt Redding Memorial Golf Tournament will take place Monday, June 22 at Sunset Whitney Country Club in Rocklin.

Cost is $125 per person, which includes green fees, golf cart, range balls, gift bag, raffle prizes, silent auction, barbecue lunch and awards dinner. Dinner only costs $25.

Registration and lunch is from 11 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. The shotgun start begins at 1 p.m.

A popular Rocklin Police Officer, Matt Redding tragically died while on duty in October 2005 when he was struck and killed by a vehicle that was driven by an intoxicated driver.

All proceeds go to the nonprofit Matt Redding Foundation, which helps support education in Protective Services and also provides college scholarships each year to three area high school students from Rocklin, Whitney and Del Oro.
