The Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), the umbrella agency for the VHP in Sacramento, has been responsible for over 400 veteran's interviews since the program began here in 2003 – all done by volunteers!

It would be terrific if the interest here in the VHP warranted the creation of a satellite operation in our town.
