The Sierra Gold Chorus of Auburn, under the direction of Barb Tincher, is inviting women of all ages to come and sing and enjoy Four-Free Singing Lessons. Recently, the Chorus celebrated Christmas-in-July to kick-off their DIVAS Wanted Program. The DIVAS Wanted program is to attract woman who love to sing. The Four-Free Singing Lessons will be offered beginning on September 15, and concluding on October 6, 2008, from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM, at Burback Hall, De Witt Center, 11577 E Avenue, in Auburn. The Sierra Gold Chorus has a membership of over 40 women from Nevada City to Sacramento to Sparks, Nevada! It is a chapter of Sweet Adelines International, Inc., which is a worldwide organization of women singers committed to advancing the musical art form of Barbershop harmony through education and performance
